Scope of Services

  • Answering customer queries in Chinese.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing support in Chinese.
  • Assisting players with issues related to game navigation, troubleshooting, and other support functions.


  • Preference for candidates who can understand both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
  • Availability to work with us from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday only.
