Job Description

Responsible for the basic operation and maintenance of CEX (Centralized Exchange) business requirements, closely following the business development team to provide relevant support throughout the entire software development lifecycle,

while also supporting and assisting in IT infrastructure and engineering architecture construction.

Job Requirements

1. Experience Requirement: 4-6 years of practical experience in DevOps/SRE.

2. CI/CD Build and Maintenance: Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for the platform to enhance deployment efficiency and rollback safety.

3. Containerization and Orchestration Management: Lead the deployment, upgrade, and monitoring of container platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker, optimizing service resilience and high availability.

4. Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Utilize tools such as Terraform and Ansible to manage resources on Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, and Azure.

5. Link Tracking and Monitoring System Construction: Integrate tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry to ensure system health.

6. Security and Compliance Support: Collaborate with internal and external security teams to support audits, intrusion detection (IDS/IPS), WAF, firewall rules, etc.

7. Support for High Concurrency Transaction Scenarios: Customize and optimize operations solutions based on the characteristics of business services such as matching engine, wallet service, and market data service.

8. Emergency Response and Fault Diagnosis: Participate in a 7x24 on-call duty system, quickly respond to online issues, and drive a closed-loop RCA analysis.

Skill Requirements

Solid foundation in Linux operations, proficient in using Shell scripts or Python scripts to handle complex problems.

Proficient in CI/CD toolchains (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Familiar with container and Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, Kustomize, Operator preferred).

Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi.

Understanding or experience in automated operations under microservices architecture (service governance/service mesh, etc.).

Experience with DevSecOps or security scanning (e.g., SonarQube, Anchore, Snyk).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills with a global perspective;

Strong resilience under pressure and a sense of ownership;

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience: Experience working in centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (priority for those with backgrounds in top-tier exchanges) or large internet companies;

Professional Qualities: Emotionally stable and highly professional;

Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry, adaptable to remote work modes, and able to deliver results efficiently;
