Description
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, support purchasing activities, and assist HR with record-keeping.
- Ensure documents are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and quality.
- Assist in developing documentation standards and best practices.
- Maintain document version control and archiving.
- Have Purchasing Experience
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in documentation or administrative support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in purchasing processes, HR tasks, and document management systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular working hours, collaboration with various departments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
