Responsibilities:

1.Manage stock data and record store sales

2.Assist with transaction processes, invoice creation, and payment verification

3.Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, marketplaces, and social media

4.Organize and ensure smooth order delivery

5.Assist in managing product content on marketplaces and social media

6.Perform other administrative tasks as needed by the store

Qualifications:

1.Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

2.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and marketplace applications

3.Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good communication skills

4.Able to work both in a team and independently
