  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in communications and liaising with stakeholders
  • Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare presentations.

Requirements


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation abilities, project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong work ethic.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, potential for overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
