Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO, including accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
Prepare and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other departments, and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and company events, including logistics and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents needed for board meetings and executive discussions.
Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Perform special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as delegated by executives.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks.
