1. Conduct international certification audits for compliance and risk control, including individual and corporate certifications;

2. Review and confirm the results of anti-money laundering and economic sanctions blacklist screenings;

3. Coordinate with other departments on KYC/CDD-related workflow and handle daily applications;

4. Assist in optimizing the global KYC/CDD processes;

5. Analyze KYC vendor review situations and seek better solutions;

6. Assist in monitoring the daily status of KYC/CDD and check system operation;

7. Conduct research on KYC/CDD-related regulatory requirements and documents in different countries, and complete the research report;

8. Assist in implementing anti-money laundering policies and other policies related to KYC/CDD;

9. If proficient in a less commonly spoken language, also handle complex KYC issues in that language;

10. Collaborate with leadership to complete other related tasks.

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese as a working language is a plus

3. Prior experience in customer service or auditing is preferred
