- Develop and analyze financial strategies, reports, and budgets.

- Provide expert insights and recommendations for accounting and corporate finance initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including USA-based professionals, to ensure seamless financial operations.

- Support IPO-related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance.

- Prior experience with IPO processes is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
