Description

  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and handle billing processes.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service, customer relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, requires ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
