- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular office hours with potential overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, integrity, and adaptability.
