Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.

Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (industry-specific experience is not required).
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.
A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.
Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.
Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
