Description
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service.
- Oversee business operations, develop strategic partnerships, and manage employee relations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.
- Manage budgets and optimize financial performance.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in general management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in new business development, business strategy, problem-solving, project management, analytical thinking, and operations management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, requiring adaptability and occasional long hours.
