• Design and optimize liquidity algorithms to ensure low slippage, high transaction rates, and improve market-making profits.
• Research and apply strategies such as high-frequency trading, hedging, price following, and market microstructure analysis.
• Optimize the trading experience on the exchange, increasing trading volume and depth, and enhancing user engagement.
• Monitor and analyze order book data, adjusting market-making strategies in real-time to ensure market health and competitiveness.
• Design and optimize liquidity algorithms/position management to reduce spot market-making costs.
• Research and apply strategies such as high-frequency trading, hedging, price following, and grid trading.
• Optimize the trading experience on the exchange, increasing trading volume and depth, and enhancing user engagement.
• Monitor and analyze order book data, adjusting market-making strategies in real-time to ensure market health and competitiveness.

• Over 3 years of experience in liquidity development/market making/quantitative trading; outstanding recent graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in Golang/Python, familiar with high-frequency trading system development.
• Understanding of liquidity rules and market making strategies of major exchanges such as Binance.
• Knowledge of liquidity risk control systems and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent data analysis skills, able to perform strategy optimization based on order book data.
