  - Responsible for the development and maintenance of backend services based on Golang

  - Complete requirement analysis, technical solution design, and coding implementation

2. System Optimization

  - Participate in system performance tuning and stability enhancement

  - Resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production

  - Continuously optimize code quality and execution efficiency

  - Participate in technical debt cleanup efforts

3. Technical Support

  - Write technical documentation and development standards

  - Participate in code reviews and technical solution evaluations

  - Assist the testing team in completing testing work

  - Collaborate with the operations team for system deployment

1. Basic Requirements:

  - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields

  - 5 years of experience in Golang development

  - Familiarity with Linux development environment

  - Good coding and documentation practices

2. Technical Requirements:

  - Proficient in Golang language features and commonly used frameworks

  - Familiar with common data structures and algorithms

  - Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL

  - Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Redis/MongoDB

  - Familiar with RESTful API design specifications

  - Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

  - Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is preferred

  - Experience in high concurrency system development is preferred
