1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. Over 3 years of development experience in GO language, with excellent design skills and programming habits, strong coding ability, able to balance speed and quality

3. Familiar with various commonly used scripting languages for development such as PHP and Node.js.

4. Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, message queues, and other common storage and middleware

5. Experience with big data optimization and handling high concurrency

6. Familiar with microservices architecture and distributed system design, as well as WebSocket communication development

7. Strong communication and comprehension skills

Hard requirements: Possess a good foundation in English (CET-4 level), able to navigate technical documentation and various development communities without difficulty.
