• User Growth Execution
• Collaborate to formulate and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to onboarding new users, conversion, and incentive activities, to enhance the utilization of fiat channels.
• Event Planning and Execution
• Assist in planning and executing operations activities related to fiat currency, such as cashback on first deposits, transaction incentives, and referral commissions, while tracking effectiveness and optimizing.
• Data Tracking and Analysis
• Regularly collect and organize data related to user growth, assist in analyzing user behavior paths and key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention rate, funnel), and produce operational reports.
• User Engagement and Retention
• Execute daily operational copywriting and deployment through channels such as email, push notifications, and banners to enhance user activity and retention rates.
• User Research and Feedback
• Assist in collecting user feedback, gaining insights into user behavior and needs, and providing recommendations for product optimization and activity design.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure coordinated resources for activities and smooth launch processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields in the internet sector;
• Basic understanding of user growth and data-driven operations, with strong learning ability and execution skills;
• Proficient in basic office tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion;
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and self-motivation;
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English product documentation and communicate simply.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience in operations or internships related to CEX/payments/wallets;

Familiarity with user growth metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and retention rate;

Ability to use data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, GA, and Amplitude;

Preference for those with experience in managing English-speaking communities and executing global marketing campaigns.
