Requirement
1. 熟悉數字交易平台及其衍生品市場，包括現貨槓桿交易、抵押借貸、期貨合約、永續合約及選擇權合約等，了解市場上幾大平台類似產品的異同，明白相關規則及其背後機制；
2. 對各大交易平台 API 有一定了解，有做市機器人或量化交易的研發經驗，明白基本的數據獲取、訂單及倉位管理等實現方式；
3. 有數字市場流動性管理經驗，能獨立完成做市相關工作，包括市值管理、對沖做市等為市場提供流動性的交易；
4. 有傳統市場金融產品特別是金融衍生品相關量化交易或研究經驗者佳，最好對於傳統市場和加密貨幣市場之間異同有深刻認識。
5. 精通 Java、Python 其中一種開發語言。
6. 有數字交易市場的交易經驗，從事過做市相關工作。
7. 本科及以上計算機/金融/數學物理/網路安全等相關專業。
