  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Monitor performance appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular workplace assessments and initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR management position\In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
