Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Monitor performance appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conduct regular workplace assessments and initiatives
Collaborate with management to support organizational goals

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an HR management position\In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
