Description
- Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the company's human resources
- Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and related tasks
- Establish and maintain employee relations, promoting corporate culture development
- Coordinate human resource needs across departments, providing professional support
- Analyze human resource data to optimize management decisions
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for recruitment, maintaining employee relations, managing payroll, and organizational development.
- Work Environment: Typically in an office setting, requiring frequent communication with employees at all levels.
- Quality Characteristics: Strong service awareness, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving ability.
