  • An HR Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes and programs. 
  • This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Recruitment and Interview skills
  • Employee Relations and Grievance Management skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Onboarding and Training skills
  • Performance Review and Organizational Development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in an HR supervisory role is a plus
