Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
