Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Willing to start immediately, go to face to face interview when told so.
- Applicants should be residing in PASAY OR MAKATI ONLY.
