Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and communication
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Perform assigned task from time to time
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based; typical business hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
