HR Specialist (Payroll and Benefits)

Job Description
- Compute and process employee salaries, deductions, and overtime accurately.
- Manage and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other employee benefits online.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports and contributions.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave balances.
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using online systems for government contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG portals).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in San Marcelino Zambales
