Description
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnose malfunctions and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, hand welding, assembly processes, stamping, compression molding, and electrical wiring.
- Working Conditions: Work indoors and outdoors in various settings; may involve lifting heavy equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
