Job Summary

The IT Sales Lead will develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation to promote CIT’s offerings effectively


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present customized IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and report key performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Represent CIT at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling SaaS, cloud computing, or managed IT services.
  • Established network within the IT industry.
  • Certifications in Sales, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or Business Development.
