We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. 

About the Role  

  •  We are seeking a remote IT Administrator to provide on-call technical support for a low-volume support environment (approximately 1-2 calls per month). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond promptly to technical issues during designated on-call hours. This role requires familiarity with remote troubleshooting, networking concepts, and common IT tools, with training provided on our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tool. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Remote IT Support: Provide on-demand technical assistance for end users via phone, email, and chat. 
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently. 
  • Remote Assistance: Use remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or company-provided RMM tool) to access and resolve technical issues. 
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Support IT infrastructure, including basic networking, IP addressing, router configuration, and firewalls. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support calls, resolutions, and any recurring issues. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to escalate complex issues when necessary. 
  • Software Support: Assist with Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Outlook, and other business software applications. 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a remote environment. 
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic networking, troubleshooting, and software support. 
  • Remote Support Expertise: Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., 
  • TeamViewer, AnyDesk) preferred (training provided). 
  • Equipment Requirements: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection, PC, and headset. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for email, chat, and phone support. 
  • Availability: Must be available during designated on-call hours in New York (EST) time zone. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve IT issues quickly and independently.
