Prepare and cook a wide range of Filipino dishes.
Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely, clean, and appetizing manner.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory management and requisitions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in developing new recipes and specials, contributing to menu innovation.
Follow portion control and waste management procedures.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Maintain proper storage of food supplies, ingredients, and leftovers.
Report any equipment malfunction or food safety concerns to the line manager.

Educational Qualifications: High school graduate or vocational course in culinary arts or equivalent is preferred.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a Filipino or casual dining restaurant.
Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with traditional Filipino ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with some exposure to heat and noise.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive outlook and strong sense of initiative.
