Description

  • Coordinate communication between clients and collections teams.
  • Manage follow-ups on outstanding payments and account inquiries.
  • Resolve client issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare reports on collection status and client feedback.
  • Support compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct outreach to educate clients on payment processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in collection or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, effective communication, decision-making abilities, and responsible handling of tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Fieldwork involving driving and client interactions in various environments.
