Description

Exchange Track, Liquidity Development Engineer / Liquidity Development Specialist

1. Design and implement automated liquidity management tools to ensure market depth and liquidity.

2. Develop and optimize market making algorithms, such as price tracking, order book placement, and arbitrage strategies.

3. Collect and analyze market data, including trading volume, liquidity distribution, and market depth.

4. Design high-performance trading and matching systems to support low latency and high throughput.

5. Maintain high availability of liquidity-related systems and monitor performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in exchanges or as a market maker.

2. Proficient in C++ or Java.

3. Experience in high-performance computing, capable of optimizing low-latency programs.

4. Familiar with market maker algorithms (such as VWAP, TWAP) and risk hedging strategies.

5. Knowledgeable about liquidity risk and pricing mechanisms in financial markets.
