Description

  • Evaluate loan applications and assist clients in meeting financial goals. Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations. Collaborate with team members to develop community-focused lending solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses. Foster relationships with clients, ensuring sustainable community growth.

    • Requirements

    • Loan Officer Educational Qualifications:

    Minimum of a Diploma degree in finance, business, or related field.

    • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, financial literacy, excellent customer service, leadership abilities, assessment proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Assist clients in understanding loan products, assess financial needs, process loan applications, and maintain customer relationships.

    Working Conditions:
