  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in machine operation.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating machinery, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety protocols.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working in shifts and exposure to noise and machinery.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Requirements: NBI / Police Clearance / Government Mandated Numbers (SSS/ Philhealth/TIN/Pagibig)
