Description
- Receive operational training and perform duties in various divisions in our restaurant such as Service and Kitchen, Beverage/Bar, Supporting Functional etc
- Rotate and perform respective roles in the various sections within the restaurant to have a deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation
- Coaching from experienced staff to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards practiced by the Company
- Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by the Management
- Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management
- Set new goals and objectives with the Management for your progression
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans need apply
- Proven work experiences in similar role, preferably in F&B industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- 5.5 work days per week including weekends and public holidays with rotating shift
- Comfortable handling non-halal ingredients and food
