Description
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of merchandising database
- Report, generation and consolidation and other functional tasks to provide full support to merchandising field personnel.
- Must be excellent in MS Excel and with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Validate the entries of merchandiser incentives, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Graduate of bachelor's degree or any business course.
- at least 1 - 2 years' experience as admin assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook up, formulas)
- Excellent in time Management and with attention to details
- Ability to generate and present reports
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
