Note: Platform Operations
【Job Responsibilities】
Develop and implement daily operations plans: Optimize platform operation strategies based on company and product development goals to improve user retention and engagement;
Event planning and promotion: Design online events in line with product features, achieving user growth targets through creative content and effective promotion channels;
Data analysis and feedback: Analyze user behavior data, track operational performance, provide optimization suggestions, and promote continuous iteration of product and operational strategies;
Cross-department collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and achievement of objectives;
Market research and user insights: Monitor market trends and user needs, continuously optimize product experience, and enhance user satisfaction;
Testing and acceptance: Follow up on final acceptance of product launches based on upgrade requirements to ensure smooth deployment of product optimizations.

Experience in the operation or community promotion of exchanges or futures platforms is preferred;
Familiarity with data analysis and user research methods, possessing strong data analysis skills and logical thinking;
Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate smoothly with different teams to complete projects;
Agile thinking, strong sense of responsibility, with good customer service awareness and execution ability;
Passionate about operational work, with innovative capabilities and proactive problem-solving skills;
Must be based overseas, with English as a working language.
