Description

  • Organizing, filing, and basic handling of documents, contracts, and invoices
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, taking minutes)
  • Driving for company errands or client pickups
  • Assisting in communication with local clients (must be proficient in English and Filipino)

Requirements

  • Residing in Metro Manila like in Taguig, Pasay, Manila, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Mandaluyong, Makati
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Strong communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible; basic accounting knowledge is a plus
