Maintain efficient and secure filing systems for both physical and digital documents, adhering to company protocols.
Accurately and efficiently enter data into company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for clients, collaborating with the sales team.
Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within administrative processes.

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree) any 4 year course is welcome.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
