What You’ll Do

• Shadow Ops lead on logistics, sensor fulfilment, and support metrics.
• Help maintain SOPs, Notion pages, and inventory spreadsheets.
• Run mini-projects (e.g., shipping-cost analysis, QA spot checks) and present learnings.

• Proficiency in Productivity Tools: Strong working knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote setting. Ability to effectively convey information to team members across different time zones.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Basic problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues as they arise.
