About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team!

This role ensures that all bookings are fulfilled on time and accurately while supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional service experience to our clients.

You’ll start in a remote setup with onsite training. Once our Metro Manila office is established, this role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

• Monitor and manage daily bookings to ensure timely allocation and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with chauffeurs, operators, and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate booking and service records in company systems.
• Support operational workflows to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Based in Metro Manila (required).
• Experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Preferably with background in a transport company (e.g., Blacklane, Intogreat Solutions, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Flexible to work on a rotating roster including weekends and after-hours.
