  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and projects.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Active PHRN License

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in operations or management roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment, potential for some travel; may require flexible working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to motivate a team.
