- Manage inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Job Title: Warehouse Admin
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, strong organizational skills, flexible to adapt to changing tasks, and capable of handling personnel matters.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring physical activity and teamwork.
