Description
- Assist attorneys with document preparation, conduct legal research, and manage case files.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents such as briefs and contracts.
- Maintain case files and manage documentation processes.
- Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather information.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a legal environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in written and verbal communication, strong administrative skills, and familiarity with litigation processes.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, may require extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and a team player.
