Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews and prepare contracts, affidavits, correspondences, and other legal documents
- Liaises with government agencies in applications for permits, license, certifications, registrations, and others.
- Coordinates with other departments in the organization
- Researches laws, jurisprudence, and other legal articles
- Performs other administrative, clerical and other tasks
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be graduate of Bachelors of Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor
- Applicants with minimal or no work experience are encourage to apply
- Computer literate
- With good communication skills and interpersonal relation skills
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
