Description
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain employee records and manage benefits administration.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in year-end reporting and audits.
- Assist billing for clients
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
