職位描述
簡介
- 管理和維護Windows Server、Hyper-V及本地Active Directory環境。
- 熟練管理雲端基礎設施，包括Microsoft Entra、Azure及Microsoft 365。
- 高級PowerShell腳本編寫。
- 通過PowerShell管理Microsoft Exchange。
- 使用工具如Microsoft Intune維護終端管理。
- 確保穩健的網絡性能，包括管理TCP/IP、VLAN和防火牆。
- 為用戶提供高質量的支持，有效地與不同IT素養水平的用戶溝通。
- 主導和執行IT項目，從規劃到實施。
- 主動識別和解決系統問題，進行根本原因分析以減少未來發生的可能性。
- 創建和維護詳細的流程和修復文檔。
職位要求
- 至少3年以上的經驗於支援導向的IT角色，包括對Microsoft O365、Teams、Teams Voice、SharePoint、OneDrive和Exchange Online的深入了解
- 相關且有效的Microsoft認證 (例如：Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert、Modern Desktop Administrator Associate、Azure Administrator Associate、Teams Administrator Associate、Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate)受到高度重視。
- 端點保護工具（配置、故障排除）
- 更新管理、漏洞檢測和響應流程。
- 具有SOC平台經驗，如SentinelONE者受到高度重視。
- 對3CX雲端電話解決方案的扎實知識受到高度重視。
