Description
- Install and repair piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation specifications.
- Measure, cut, and weld pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure project completion.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems according to specifications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in pipefitting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in FDAS, pipe layout, and installation techniques.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in various environments, including construction sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
