Description
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
- Analyze technical specifications and project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement enhancements.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management for projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in purchasing, project coordination, marketing research, and business operations, along with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential travel for vendor meetings and site assessments.
- Qualities and Traits: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Construction industry background experience is a must.
