【Job Responsibilities】

• Responsible for the overall planning and continuous iteration of on-chain trading products, including core modules such as trading, signals, and reputation
• Deeply understand the needs of trading users, leading the product design for trading processes and data systems
• Collaborate across teams, working closely with development, design, growth, BD, and other teams to ensure efficient implementation of requirements
• Regularly research industry competitors and user feedback, continuously optimizing product experience and core metrics
• Stay updated on the latest Web3 technology trends and research popular DeFi and DEX products

【Job Requirements】

• At least 2 years of experience in Web3 product, with familiarity in on-chain transaction or data product design
• Ability to analyze on-chain data and independently organize and validate product logic
• Familiarity with mainstream public chain ecosystems (such as EVM, Solana) and understanding of on-chain data structures and smart contract interaction methods
• Preference for candidates with experience in data or transaction products such as Kaito, GMGN, Axiom, Bonk
• Strong execution and self-motivation, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment, with a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer science, finance, economics or related fields preferred; graduates from 985/211 universities or renowned overseas institutions will be given additional consideration
