Description

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in the company's database system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Check and verify the accuracy of the entered data.
  • Compile data reports as requested by the management team.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data and information.
  • Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding data needs and completeness.
  • Handle administrative documents such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education is high school/vocational school, preferable to have an associate's or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, quick, and able to type accurately.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.


Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 22:00
  • (Optional) Saturday: 08:00 – 21:00
