Description
- Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
- Ensure property compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Manage tenant relations and address complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance oversight.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports related to property management.
- Coordinate leasing and marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Conduct routine inspections, oversee building operations, coordinate facilities services, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in mixed-use properties.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, expertise in residential and commercial management, knowledge of mid-rise condominiums, and exceptional front management skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits; must be adaptable to different environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and strong organizational abilities.
